Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly will I receive?
+
You will receive a custom-built 2-week cash flow forecast showing your expected cash position day by day for the next 14 days. It is built from your actual numbers — bank statements, outstanding invoices, and known upcoming payments — not a generic template. You also receive a short written commentary explaining what the numbers mean for your business.
How long does it take?
+
You will receive your completed forecast within 5 business days of sending your documents.
What does it cost?
+
Nothing. The 2-week forecast is completely free with no obligation to use any paid service afterwards.
What documents do I need to provide?
+
Last 12 months of bank statements, a recent income statement, a balance sheet, a list of upcoming payments you already know about, and any invoices you expect to collect in the next 2 weeks. You will receive a secure upload link by email after submitting the form.
Is my financial data safe?
+
Your documents are used solely to build your forecast and are never shared with third parties. The upload link sent to you uses secure file transfer.
My business is based outside Latvia — can I still apply?
+
Yes. All work is done remotely and I work with businesses across Europe. There are no restrictions on currency — EUR, GBP, PLN, SEK, or any other. For bank statements preferred language is English and Latvian.
What happens after I receive the forecast — is there a sales pitch?
+
No. You receive the forecast, and we can have a short call to walk through the numbers if you want one. If you find the forecast useful and want to discuss ongoing forecasting support, that conversation is available — but it is never pushed.
Will this work for my type of business?
+
The forecast works for any business with regular inflows and outflows — wholesale, retail, construction, logistics, professional services, manufacturing. If your cash flow has any complexity such as invoice factoring, multiple currencies, or seasonal patterns, mention it in the application form and it will be accounted for.
Why are you offering this for free?
+
Building a forecast for your business is the most direct way to show you what proper cash flow visibility looks like in practice. Many business owners who see their first real forecast decide they want to maintain it going forward. That is how long-term client relationships start — not through sales calls.
